We understand you may have some questions prior or during use.
Please see below some common questions which we hope will help put your mind at rest.
- Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
YES – we have public liability insurance covering up to 1 million pounds.
- What are the terms of use?
All customers must follow our conditions set out in the Do’s & Don’ts. We will not be held responsible for misuse & failure to do so may result in your hire being cancelled. If you are unsure of anything please contact us.
- How does the payment process work?
Full payment is taken at time of booking. If you cancel up to 7 days before your hire date, you will be entitled to a full refund.
- Can I pay by cash
We only take online payments
- When can I cancel / Amend my booking up until for free?
Up to 7 days before your hire date
- How do i cancel?
Login to your account, go to your orders and select cancel
- What happens if I damage the hot tub?
Any damages caused will be billed accordingly. If this is not paid willingly this will be pursued in the small claims court
- When will I receive my refund back?
5-10 days of the order being cancelled.
- What do I do if I haven’t received my cancellation refund?
Please check pending transactions first, if you have any concerns please contact us using the details provided on the ‘contact us’ page

Yes

- When will the hot tub be delivered?
Before 7pm on thursday- you will receive a welcome text the day before confirming timings
- How long does it take to set up?
Approximately 30 minutes
- What do I need to provide?
Electrical supply within 15m’s & Water supply within 30m’s
- How long does it take to get warm
1-1.5°C temp increase rate per hour . We can connect to a hot tap inside to allow quick use.
- How big of a space do I need?
2.1m diameter
- How do I operate the hot tub?

- What surface can the hot tub go on?
It must go on a strong, suitable, flat surface with no sharp objects underneath – The Hot tubs hold 1000L of water weighing over 1000kg
- What do I need to do?
Provide clear access into your garden. Allow us access to a water supply and electrical point
- When will it be collected?
Before 7pm on the day of pickup – you will receive a text the day before confirming timings

- How long will it take to remove?
Approximately 30 minutes
- Do I need to be there for collection?
Not if you don’t want to be – as long as we have full access
- Where will the water drain?
The drainage hose is about 2 feet long – we will not be held liable for any water damage
Your Hot Tub has been fully cleaned prior to use, however to maximise your enjoyment and to extend the life of the clean water we recommend you:
- Clean the filter with a hose pipe 2-3 times a week
- Use test strips 2-3 times a week to decide which chemicals should be added
- Always read the chemical instructions before use – it is your responsibility to ensure the correct chemicals / doses are used.
- When adding chemicals to your hot tub ensure the water is being circulated by the pump/bubbles.
- Do not treat/dose your hot tub while it is occupied and leave for 15 minutes before use
- Never mix chemicals together
- Store chemicals in a secure, cool, dry place away from children
- What weather conditions can I use it in?
ANY – all of our equipment is waterproof and the water temperature reaches 40 degrees Celsius.
- Are you COVID safe?
YES! – Due to the current COVID rules we can only access your garden via a side gate and NOT through the house – ALL of our staff will wear masks and their hands and equipment will be sanitised before use.
- When and how are you hot tubs cleaned and checked?
All hot tubs are fully maintained and are cleaned and checked prior to installation.
PLEASE DO:
- Follow the instructions we provide upon delivery
- Follow the guides on how to clean and maintain the hot tub. If you don’t, the water may become dirty and filters will clog up meaning that the hot tub will cut out. We will then not be held responsible for it not functioning
- Shower before using
- Ensure the water levels are kept at the correct level
- Set the correct temperature and ensure the thermal cover is on after each use
- Switch the filter on after use – this will automatically switch off when the bubbles are in use
- Consult a GP before use if you are pregnant, have any medical conditions or feel like you should do so
PLEASE DO NOT:
- Sit or stand on the side of the hot tub
- Leave children unsupervised
- Use glasses / glass bottles whist in the hot tub
- Use your own electrical appliances around the hot tub or to power it.
- Consume alcohol whilst using it
- Add anything to the water other than cleaning chemicals – i.e. bubble bath
